establishment of the first private sector town planning companies in the Northern Cape and Upper Karoo. In 1986 under the name of Rademeyer and Van Wyk, consulting town planning services were introduced to the market. The company underwent several partnership changes over the years, today known as MVD Kalahari – Town and Regional Planners, functioning under the MVD Group.
